a very stylish game about Prague being an evil city. i didn’t think someone would do a classic quest game and was surprised to play one.
i liked the design idk why or how but in game it looks much nicer then on screenshots. my favorite mechanic was to push the people out of my way while they were trying to get to Chodov or whatever. the custom language was fun and this game nailed the feeling of not understanding what’s going on but still trying to get somewhere. i think that the solution to the whole quest was brilliant and very realistic. also i love that even the ticket machine was EVIL cause i needed from 1 to 5 business days to understand how it works.
i’d love if there would be more people to talk to so the game would feel a little more “alive”. i think if the whole game was about nagging people and getting some random items it’d still have this old school quest feel to it but add a little to replay-ability.
The game idea is interesting and fits nicely into the atmosphere of older point-and-click adventure games. However, it feels to me like the player can reach a stage where they become completely lost, and no further progress is really apparent. (I’m not saying the game should hold the player’s hand — it’s definitely a thin and difficult line to figure out when help is too much and when it’s just right.)
As someone from Prague, I appreciate the authentic sounds of the ticket machine ;)
Námet a prostredie mimozemského metra kde ani abeceda ani jazyk nedávaju zmysel dodáva prototypu nápadistosť z ktorej by sa dalo naďalej odvíjať v rámci vývoja titulu.
Martin
